Huge congratulations to the boys on a brilliant 40-run victory today (5th July 2026)!

The discipline shown while batting was a massive highlight. We valued our wickets, losing only 2 across the entire 20 overs. While we missed a few opportunities for quick singles and need a bit more intent running between the wickets, our communication was solid and we successfully avoided any run-outs.

The effort in the field was just as clinical. We stemmed the flow of runs, did some great catching, and executed sharp run-outs. Last time we played Stanmore we took 8 wickets, but today we absolutely topped that by taking an incredible 12 wickets!

This perfectly highlights how protecting our wickets while aggressively taking theirs wins games. Taking so many of their wickets is exactly what created that massive 40-run winning margin!
